This is a simple yet effective device to support a long or heavy chisel that is run with an air tool. This provides a single operator almost weight free operation and the ability to accurately position the chisel on the work area. The pulley will allow for easy movement of the chisel back and forth. The rings will rotate so the air tool and the chisel can be rotated at any time during the operation. The holding ring on the chisel can be set at any position on the chisel to provide good chisel balancing.
